Features:

Continuous Flow- Supplies hot water continuously at

the temperature set point.

Heat Exchanger- Nine pass design to maximize heat

transfer and efficiency.

Remote Control- Interior models have a primary control

integrated into the face of the water heater. Exterior

models are shipped with a primary remote controller. For

both interior and exterior models up to two controllers can

be hardwired at multiple locations. Provides 96º-160ºF.

Optional controls provide 96º -120ºF setting.

Direct Electronic Ignition- No standing pilot.

Very Low Noise Level- 49dB.

Fully Automatic Controls- Outgoing water temperature

is monitored by a built-in sensor. Burner and combustion

blower modulate between minimum and maximum input

to maintain setpoint temperature. If the temperature of the

water exceeds 6 degrees above the set point temperature

the burner will shut down. The burner will ignite once

outgoing water temperature falls below the set point.

Interior and Exterior Models- Self regulating inputs,

Interior Models=15,000-180,000 Btu's, Exterior

Models=15,000-199,000 Btu's.

Diagnostic Controls- Error messages in numerical

codes are displayed on primary control.

Cut Energy Waste- Models only run when there is a

demand for hot water.

Space Saving Installation- compact size for tight

installations (mounts on the wall).

Lime Accumulation Sensor- built into heat exchanger,

alert of build-up.

Venting (interior model)- can be vented horizontally

through a wall or vertically through the roof. Maximum

equivalent vent length is 41 ft. Vertical venting maximum

height is limited to 21 ft. Maximum of 3 elbows (vertical

and horizontal). Interior models have dedicated venting

system components that must be ordered separately.

Ten year limited warranty on heat exchanger.

Five year limited warranty on parts.

EVERHOT® Tankless Gas Water Heaters

Note: Not recommended for use as a booster.

For LP Models change suffix “N” to “X”. Exterior LP model is 85% rec. efficient. Low Nox emissions less than 40 ppm. I=Interior, E=Exterior.

Requires 120V service and a 15 amp breaker. Gas supply requires a minimum inlet pressure of 6.0" wc for natural gas and 10.0" wc for LP gas.

The manifold pressure range is 3.7" wc to 0.8" wc for natural gas and between 4.2" wc and 0.9" wc for LP gas.

*Note: Must be installed by a certified installer. A warranty product or part is provided exclusive

of labor, freight and/or any installation costs. All replacement heaters and parts carry the balance of the

original warranty, i.e. if an original five (5) year warranty heater develops a leak due to defects in

materials/work-manship after only four (4) years, the replacement unit is warranted for one (1) years in

this example.
